Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
• Develop and update client related reports.
• Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service.
• Providing help and advice to customers using our organization products and services.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, e-mail, letter and face to face.
• Handling customer complains.
• Issuing compensation to customer.
• Producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer software.
• Learning about company’s products and keeping up to date with changes.

Job Nature: Full time

Education Requirement: Passed from English medium school & College or MBA from reputed University is preferred

Experience Requirement: Experience in this relative field at least 1 year.
