eCourier.com.bd is a bicycle based courier service in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The eCourier can transport documents as well as small parcels to clients, eCommerce Site, as well as transport file documents for the officials. E-commerce will be the primary group of customers and the prime targeted, non e-commerce customers will be served as well.
Job Title : Service Delivery Agents
Reporting To : Manager delivery

Working Hours : 10am-7pm(Weekly 6 days)

| Key Tasks: |
- Agents pick up the parcel
- Reviewing PODs (proof of deliveries)
- Resolving any misrouted or lost shipments
- customer services
- Dealing with calls and enquiries quickly, courteously and
- Efficiently at all times.
- Completing customer bookings on our in-house systems
- Resolving customer queries or directing them to the relevant department effectively
- Liaising with agents and managers nationally and ensuring clients are advised and updated on the status of all consignments.
