Job Context:
A Multinational Workwear Apparel manufacturer company invites applicants for the post of Senior Industrial Engineer for their Cumilla factory.
Job Responsibilities
- Candidate should have experience in woven critical garment manufacturing (Jackets/Trousers) minimum 2 years.
- Should be result orientated person for the company given KPIs like monthly targeted minutes, efficiency, QCO, M2M ratio, 5M achievement.
- Introduce innovative methods, motions, folders, machines to improve the overall efficiency.
- Ensure balance the line layout as per the pitch time for critical garments SMV over 60-70 minutes with the minimum balancing loss.
- Identify the operational bottlenecks and provide the solutions.
- Analyze and provide the solution for efficiency and process improvement.
- Prepare the skill development plan for operators and execute with the production team.
- Prepare the MIS report and submit to the management.
- Ensure 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction in production lines.
- Coordinate daily production activities and delegate assignments to production personnel as per the production.
- Work in fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities; Address conflicts of interest and provide solutions.
- Evaluate worker performance, new operator's skill assessment etc.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering.
