Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Job Description:                       

  • The Food and Beverage Manager is in charge of all aspects of the food and beverage operations on board, including revenues, food costs, budgets, inventories, sanitation onboard and Staff Training.
  • Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the guests in the bars, dining rooms, buffets and all other food & beverage outlets by F&B employees. He has to ensure the quality of services in accordance with the resort standard.
  • Responsible for day to day operation of food & beverage department and all sections/outlet according to General Manager Direction.
  • Ensuring that all the F&B sections are organized, performed their duties and maintain their areas and equipment in a manner in compliance with the company policy and instructions as directed by the General Manager.
  • Oversees the overall operation of the food & beverage department.
  • Maintaining effective cost control in all areas of the F&B department.

Education: Bachelor degree/Diploma in Hotel Management

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Must have minimum 8 (Eight) years experience in relevant field.
  • Age should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years.
  • CHAIN HOTEL EXPERIENCED IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
  • Should be smart, dynamic attentive to details and be guest quality focused.
  • Excellent command of proper spoken English is a pre requisite
