Position: Finance and MIS Officer

Job description/Responsibility:
- IT based accounting software handling.
- Preparing and maintaining daily transaction records (bill vouchers), cashbooks, ledgers, stock register, asset register etc.
- Ensuring timely preparation and submission of all vouchers, accounts, financial reports etc.
- Collecting Bank certificates/statements, preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
- Ensuring payment of salary to the staff, procurement, payment to supplier & inventory management.
- Leading internal audit team and the external auditors as per protocol.
- Preparing business plan of the organization & controlling budget and budget variance report with proper reasons of variances
- Ensuring updating the books of accounts on regular basis
Educational Requirements: Masters in Accounting/Finance or any other relevant discipline.
Job nature: Full Time
Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years in IT Based Accounts Management system.
Additional Job Requirement:
- Having good administrative and leadership skills, ability to work in team, participatory planning, interpersonal skills, organizing and problem solving abilities.
- Good communications and writing skills both in Bangla and English.
- Adequate computer skill in MS- Office Package.
Salary Range: Negotiable
