The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Foundation Bangladesh (The DEA BD) is a non profitable organization registered as charitable Trust. In Bangladesh it was established by six national and multinational Companies in 2006. This Foundation is promoting the most prestigious Award of the world for the young people named “The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award.   The Award is for the development of youth age group 14-24. The Foundation is working with different educational Intuitions and organizations for youth development.  Currently more than 50 leading educational Institutions are registered as Award Unit with this Foundation.

Position: Junior Executive


Job Specification: Master Degree from any reputed University. Preference will be given in the following subjects: Business Administration/Marketing/Management/Public Administration/ English.

Preference will be given to the Gold Award Holders

Experience: Fresher/ 1-2 Year(s) experience

Job Description:

  • Running the Award Programme and maintaining communication with the Award Units.
  • Preparing and presenting the ideology to extend and make youths aware of the Award.
  • Providing help to the Award Coordinators, The Award Leaders and the Awardees.
  • Making plan to spread and expand the Award and Increasing the number of Awardees
  • Approaching and involving new institutions by giving them proposal letter, fixing meeting, conducting Open House Session etc.
  • Arranging Grand Occasions/Events like the DEA Night, Gold Award Validation, Award Ceremony, International Training Session etc.
  • Weekly Report submission.
  • Day to day Administrative Support.
  • Updating Award Database.
  • Documentation of Award.
