Job Description / Responsibility:

• Strong understanding of IP Network
• Network Installation and Maintenance
• Corporate Customer Support (Physical & Over Telephone)
• Trouble Shooting of Network Hardware & Software
• Server Installation & Configure (mail, proxy, NAT etc) under Linux & Windows
• Knowledge of SOHO LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Switch, Router, Firewall, IP camera, IP pbx) & their installation, configuration, cabling.
• Experience in Mikrotik Router.
• Strong Experience in Network Designing, Monitoring & Reporting.

Job Nature: Full Time

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer science/ Engineering/ Telecom Science from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 - 4 Years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 24 to 30 year(s)
• Must have good knowledge in Linux platform
• Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills in Bengali & English
