Consultancy for Institutional Capacity development to CBO

DRC has been registered with the Government of Bangladesh in 2013 and established its full operation in Bangladesh in October 2017, with a vision of dignified life for all displaced and has already worked in 14 Rohingya refugee camps and 4 host community Unions in Cox’s Bazar with its integrated programs which encompass protection, site management support (SMS), site development, livelihood and food security disaster preparedness and disaster risk reduction and shelter/NFI. DRC has also expanded its program operation in the climate change-affected Coastal region and flood-prone areas of Bangladesh in 2023. DRC relies on and utilizes its established presence, local knowledge, and trained staff and community volunteers and local partner to expand its General Protection (GP), Gender Based Violence and Community-Based Protection (CBP) to the Host Communities, where DRC already has a well-established presence to facilitate community acceptance and effective prevention, mitigation and response initiative with its active membership of ISCG’s Food security sector, Livelihood and Skill Development Sectors, Energy and Environment Technical Working Group (EETWG), Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) Working Group, Transfer working groups as well as a Strategic Advisory Group (SAG) member of CCCM Sector.

DRC is seeking qualified and competent consultants /Agency for Institutional Capacity development to CBO. Therefore, DRC is requesting experienced and established consultants/ Agency firms relevant in this field to submit their proposal as instructed in the ToR and RFQ.
