- Ensure opening shop on time in your area.
- Allocate, evaluate & notify employee.
- Discipline (area sales meeting, one to one session, visit shop at least once a week)
- Take action to meet sales target.
- Communicate to all team member about planning and direction of company.
- Ensure all staff are well informed about merchandise.
- Take inventory once a month.
- Inspect housekeeping & staff uniform.
- Take feedback from shop about any kinds of issue.
- Train employee to make them excellent service provider.
- Others related activities.
