• Opening Shop on time.
• Completes store operational requirements (Inventory book, Briefing book, Product requirement etc.)
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing relationship with potential and actual customers.
• Ensures availability of merchandise; maintaining inventories.
• Provide feedback by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; clearance sales; studying trends.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures of Dorjibari.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
• Others related activities

• The applicants should have 02 years experience in related area(s).

• Self-motivated and energetic
• Strong analytical skill, Problem solving & decision making skill
• Able to work under pressure
