Overview: The Marketing Manager will be a transformative driver within the business responsible for accelerating the awareness, adoption and engagement of DOREEN Development Ltd and services across customer segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate. They will be able to work both strategically and tactically to create bold, impactful plans that drive new account growth, product cross-sell/upsell, loyalty, engagement, and reduced attrition. This position requires a smart risk taker who can deliver big ideas, demonstrates successful project ownership, understands how to prioritize opportunities, exemplifies a master cross-functional team leader, utilizes data to define recommendations and exhibits a strong detailed oriented approach to every project.

Position: Marketing Manager

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop the positioning, strategy, campaign action plans and continuous loop to optimize programs. 
  • Create audience specific content (email, web, sales collateral, direct mail, print, infographics, presentations, case studies, and more) and manage the content flighting process to make sure they are promoted in the right channels. 
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in product features/benefits as it relates to the financial services sector. 
  • Define and ensure all of our messaging is consistent, with clear call to action, relevant for the target client and reflects the DOREEN brand pillars. 
  • Drive innovative marketing programs to support new logo acquisition and customer engagement efforts that are fully integrated with sales initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially with sales, to execute campaigns that drive growth and build the DOREEN competitive advantage. 
  • Develop and drive early engagement marketing strategy, customer contact strategy and delivery across channels to transform and improve the customer experience at 0-6 months. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years marketing experience in commercial real estate 
  • MBA in marketing with exceptional personality
  • Prior sales experience a plus 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven experience in delivering best in class marketing programs 
  • Smart female candidates with above qualities will be given high priority
