Job Responsibility:

• DOREEN, a well reputed & diversified business conglomerates in Real Estate & Holdings - Doreen Developments Ltd (DDL) , Doreen Engineering & Constructions Ltd (DECL), Hotel & Resorts (Four Points by Sheraton, Dhaka),Cement Manufacturing (Seven Horse Cement), Power Generation (Doreen Power), Garments & Textile is looking for a dynamic professional for the position of Chief Financial Officer for Doreen Garments Division. The talent we are looking for will be primarily responsible for:
• Leading key initiative in finance that support overall Strategic goal of Doreen Garments Division.
• Managing and controlling of the finance team.
• Overall financing of the Doreen Garments Division i.e. Short & Long-term financing and Fund & Cash Management.
• Financial Analysis of product development.
• Cost control and saving initiative.
• Monitor the customer collection and realization of the parties’ dues.
• Plan, Budget and Forecast of the Company.
•  All matters relating to the Taxation, BOI and VAT.
• Variance analysis between Budget and Actual expenditure and Financial Analysis of variances and investigation of the same.
• Comparison of budgeted BOQ with actual material consumption in line with the work progress monitoring report.
• Monitoring the overall activities of the International Financing.
• Overall supervision of the Inventory Management of the company.
• Actively contribute to the strategic development of the company and take an active part in the researching, planning and implementation.
• Complete responsibility for the financial stability of the company.
• Preparation of annual statutory accounts and liaising with auditors.
• Compliance with all tax and statutory returns, assisting Auditor in the preparation of annual corporation tax returns.
• Management of various reporting timetables to ensure deadlines are met.
•  Co-ordination and preparation of yearly Budget and ensure that all the financial and other data are correct.
• Liaison with bank and other financial Institute.

Educational Requirements:

• FCMA along with other relevant academic and professional certifications.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 15 Years
