Job Responsibility:
- DOREEN, a well reputed & diversified business conglomerates in Real Estate & Holdings - Doreen Developments Ltd (DDL) , Doreen Engineering & Constructions Ltd (DECL), Hotel & Resorts (Four Points by Sheraton, Dhaka), Cement Manufacturing (Seven Horse Cement), Power Generation (Doreen Power), Garments & Textile is looking for a dynamic professional for the position of COO / Head of Operation for DDL. The talent we are looking for will be primarily responsible for:
- Strategic and action planning, construction management, financial planning, budgeting of all the projects of DDL (Doreen Developments Ltd.)
- Manage the operations independently.
- Responsible for the proper construction management of the projects to ensure cost, quality & progress of the works as per design, drawing, technical specification & schedule.
- Planning, monitoring & reporting of specific Project so that project can be implemented in a cost-effective way.
- Provides required directives to the Project Managers arranging meeting with them for smooth & timely implementation of Projects in a cost effective way.
- To frequently supervise construction work to ensure quality of work by maintaining accuracy in respect to drawing design.
- To monitor that construction work has been going as per work schedule.
- Communication and coordination with higher authority, consultants, agencies, engineers, utility companies, architects to achieve company goals.
