Job Description / Responsibility

• Preparing work program, resources mobilization plan and cost estimate of a project.
• Deploying sub-contractor to the work site and monitoring the progress and quality of work.
• Keeping liaison with the government officials/ clients for updating the work progress and other project related issues.
• Preparation of bills for the work done and arranging to get it paid by the project authority.
• Checking sub-contractors bill and submitting it to the concern authority for payment.
•  Maintaining liaison with the senior officials of the company and updating day to day progress of work.
• To act as project in charge and will be responsible for overall monitoring of the project work and it’s progress.
• Supervise & look after day-to-day construction activities of ongoing project/civil constructions works.
• Provide regular feedback to the higher authority related to construction problems and resolve those as per guideline of the management.
• To be accountable for the successful completion of project.
• To review progress of projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned staffs for completion of the project in time.
• Perform any other job assigned by the superior authority.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering preferably from any reputed public university / Diploma in Civil Engineering from government polytechnical institute.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s) for B.Sc Engineers / 20 year(s) for Diploma Engineers.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Construction and maintenance of flexible and Rigid pavement, Bridge and culvert/river bank protective work using CC blocks geo-bags. Water control structures and other related activities. Previous work experience in LGED/RHD/BWDB will be given preference.

Job Requirements

• Age At least 35 year(s)
• Sound knowledge to understand structural design and able to make necessary changes of the plan if required.
• Should have strong negotiation skill which may be required to resolve construction related issues.
• Should have willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary Range

• BDT 1,00,000/- (Consolidated)
• Extra remuneration will be offered for suitable candidates.
