Monitoring the program progress

• Develop the overall framework of the monitoring activities of program;
• Track, record and report program progress against the implementation plans  

Monitoring and guiding partner organizations:  

• Guide PNGO’s staffs in preparing their progress reports in accordance with approved reporting formats and ensure their quality and timely submission;
• Collection of best practices from fields

Data analysis and report:

• Prepare report template for all partner organisations,  MOMs club and  events  utilization of M&E framework
• Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, and produce report  through monitoring, research and learning study for project.

Design and facilitate M&E training:

• Organize,design and facilitate field level training in M&E for PNGo’s  staff, with a view of developing local monitoring capacity;
• To develop related session materials

Application of PMRS:

• Assist/guide program team to prepare and/or modify requirement document for PMRS development for different projects/programs.
• Requirement Collection and analysis for PMRS
• Follow-up the  development progress of PMRS
• Execute PMRS to the fields,
• Follow-up use of PMRS by partners
• Identify modification requirement and share it with technology team

Other Program Related Job:

• Assist in conduction of baseline survey, evaluation and impact assessment
• Assist the project manager in any other relevant job

• Master’s Degree in social sciences, development studies, statistics, economics or related field

• 2-6 years’ experience in relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge on MIS, M&E and development issues
• Proficient in MS Excel, latest technology and data collection methods.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and experience working in M&E framework design and implementation.
• Excellent communication (written and oral), documentation and presentation skills

• Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to work in grass root level
• Self-Starter, proactive, positive
• Capability of working in challenging and demanding situations.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated but able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule and travel frequently
• Previous experience in health related projects

Salary Range: Negotiable (based on experience)
