Direct Fresh’s corporate headquarters and customer services offices are in Banani, Dhaka, while warehouse, packaging, and processing facilities are located in nearby Gabtoli. Direct Fresh’s target clients live or operate businesses in the “diplomatic enclave” neighborhoods of Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara and Uttara Dhaka. The density of wealth in these neighborhoods and corresponding demand for premium goods and services, along with poor quality and variety of products and abysmal transportation conditions, present an excellent opportunity for Direct Fresh to disrupt the market. Warehouse Manager

No. of position: 01

Key Qualifications:

BBA/MBA from any reputed university (Major in Accounting/Finance will be given extra priority).
At least 5+ years of practical experience in related field.
Fluent written and spoken English is a MUST.
Candidates having experience working in business development will have advantage.

Job Description:

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy of order fulfillment and maintain required levels of quality and hygiene.
Maintain the physical appearance and condition of the warehouse facility, including overseeing regular deep-cleaning, organization, improvements, and security.
Conduct regular assessments of physical inventory and wastage, reporting and taking strategic decisions based on stock levels, expiry dates, and wastage.
Monitor daily attendance and performance of warehouse staff and drivers.
Develop business initiatives including: Renting out dry and cold storage facilities.
Development of white-label ranges of products including eggs, rice, honey, oil, spices, chicken, beef and fish.
