Job Description / Responsibility

  • Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match up to. 
  • Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to market strategies.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer market and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
  • Sourcing suppliers and product that fit with the context of the brand.
  • Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
  • Meeting with clients and various departments.
  • Attending meeting with clients and different marketing departments (once you have reached a senior level)
  • Measurement and reporting of all meeting campaigns and assessing the results against the aims of the clients.
  • Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to met the business objectives at the lowest possible cost.
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. This    person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why.
  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
  • Write and proffered   marketing copy for both online and print and print campaigns.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Post Graduate preferably with BBA/ MBA (Major in Marketing)

Experience Requirements: at least 3-5 year(s)

Job Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/Development, Marketing
  • Need strong effective communication / interpersonal skills, analytical skill, planning and management skill with desired computer literacy.
  • Also needs to have product knowledge and understanding of business environment.
  • Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.

Salary Range: Negotiable
