Job Description / Responsibility:

• Keep keen eyes on every showroom/ office of the company.
• Make and provide day to day attendance report.
• Suggest management need to do activities.
• Ensure and check product display.
• Check CC cameras and  DVRs
• To supervise regular data collection through implementing partners and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations
• To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
• To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
• Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the relevant
• Project Manager and Partners.
• Ensure the implementation of field activities and evaluation system
• Support partners in conducting baseline surveys.
• Participate actively in program planning process and budgeting
• Support the team in developing the annual and six monthly organizational reports.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Graduate in any Discipline 

Experience Requirements: 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Requirements:

• Need strong effective communication / interpersonal skills, planning and management skill with desired computer literacy.
• Able to work perfectly under strict deadline.
• Possessing a tenacious attitude, friendly, honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible.
• Able to work as part of team.
• Upholds sound work ethics and is highly disciplined.
• Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary Range: Negotiable
