Job Description / Responsibility

  • To maintain daily schedules and coordination of the Managing Director’s commitments.
  • To arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings for the Managing Director.
  • Preparation of all correspondence and other documentation as may be requested by Managing Director from time to time.
  • Advising Managing Director of impending internal and external work.
  • To make all logistics arrangement including travel for Managing Director his/her deputies.
  • To respond accurately and efficiently to all enquiries from Managing Director using own initiative and to liaise effectively with internal and external contacts.
    Independently research confidential, controversial and restricted data or other material as required by Managing Director for various projects.
  • To appropriately execute any other duties as directed by Managing Director.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Post Graduate/ Graduate from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • Need strong effective communication / interpersonal skills, planning and management skill with desired computer literacy.
  • Able to work perfectly under strict deadline.
  • Possessing a tenacious attitude, friendly, honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible.
  • Able to work as part of team.
  • Upholds sound work ethics and is highly disciplined.
  • Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
  • Good command or skill needed at Shorthand writings and typing speed (Both Bangla & English)
  • Both Male and Female are encouraged to Apply.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
