Job Description/Responsibility:
- To guide the Finance & Accounts Team in Financial Management, including financial planning, budget and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact
- Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts
- Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of Government Rules related to Taxation, VAT and Banking
- Sound Knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism
- Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes
- Support the Management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
- Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial information/ financial statements for audit.
- Supervise reconciliation of Bank Accounts/Strategic Planning
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
Job Nature: Full Time
Educational Requirements:
- MBA in Finance or Accounting with Chartered Accountant Partly Qualified / ICMA qualified candidate will get preference
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10-12 years working experience in relevant area (Finance, Accounts, Audit, Tax & VAT/ Custom Duty).
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age at most 42 years
- Candidate must have good educational background
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power Point, Internet Browsing, e-mail
- Candidate must have good communications skills both in English and Bengali
- Candidate should be smart and well mannered
- Willing to work long hours as required
- Must have the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge about software specially Tally
