Branch Manager

Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years Experience in any reputed Islami Commercial Bank with a minimum of 5 years experience as Branch Manager;
  • Excellent academic track record having masters in business or any other related disciplines along with deep knowledge in Islamic economics, finance & banking.
  • Ability to take challenge, achieve target and give all effort for ensuring excellence in Islamic Banking;
  • Must be highly committed to customer service, marketing, business development;
  • Must have sound knowledge about General Banking/ Investment/ Foreign Exchange/ Business Operations/ Risk Management and Investment Administration with a pro-active approach as well as good employee administration;
  • Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat, Negotiable Instrument Act, Regulatory Guidelines, Laws and acts, etc;   
  • Should have knowledge on core banking & other banking software. 
  • Must have potentials to build & maintain high level of customer relations along with excellent problem solving skills.

Manager - Operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years Experience in any reputed Islami Commercial Bank with a minimum of 3 years experience as Manager Operations;
  • Excellent academic track record having masters in business or any other related disciplines along with deep knowledge in Islamic economics, finance & banking.
  • Must be highly committed to customer service, ensure compliance & business development;
  • Must have sound knowledge about General Banking/ Investment/ Foreign Exchange/ Business Operations/ Risk Management and Investment Administration with a pro-active approach as well as good employee administration;               
  • Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat, Negotiable Instrument Act, Regulatory Guidelines, Laws and acts, etc;
  • Must have potentials to build & maintain high level of customer relations along with excellent problem solving skills. 

Relationship Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Investment banking in any reputed Islami Commercial Bank;
  • Excellent academic track record having masters in business or any other related disciplines along with sound knowledge in Islamic economics, finance & banking (knowledge in fiqh & usuli fiqh is preferable);
  • Should have sound knowledge about Investment Appraisal, Financial Statement Analysis, CRG Techniques, Partner Selection, Project Visit, Project Evaluation, etc;
  • Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat, Negotiable Instrument Act, Regulatory Guidelines, Laws and acts, etc;
  • Must be committed to build & maintain high level of customer relations;
  • Professional demeanor & strong communication skills both oral and written are essential.
