Requirements:

• Around 5 years experience, of which a minimum of  3 years in the credit unit of a branch;
• Masters in business or a closely related discipline;
• Sound knowledge of credit  appraisal, financial statement analysis, CRG techniques, borrower selection and project evaluation, loan documentation;
• Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bankruptcy Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat Ain, Negotiable Instruments Act, Bangladesh Bank Guidelines and other financial laws and acts; and
• Excellent communication skills, both in Bengali and English.

Trade Finance Officer

Requirements:

• Around 5 years experience, of which a minimum of 3 years in trade finance unit of a branch/head office;
  
• Masters in business or a closely related discipline;
  
• Sound knowledge of foreign trade (export/import/remittance) business operations, Import & Export Policy, Foreign Exchange regulation act, ICC publications (UCP/URR/URC etc.) and guidelines of Bangladesh Bank for foreign exchange transactions ;
  
• Well conversant with import/export operation, documents scrutiny, negotiation, processing cash incentives, lodgment and retirement with good knowledge of understanding of commercial documents; and
  
• Excellent communication skills, both in Bengali and English.

Internal Control & Compliance Officer

Requirements:

• Around 5 years experience of which a minimum of 3 years in internal control & compliance division of a Bank or a Financial Institution;
  
• Masters in business or a closely related discipline; and/or CA/CMA course completion;
  
• Sound knowledge of banking operations, IT audit and other core risks of bank (credit risk, asset liability management risk, foreign exchange risk, money laundering risk, internal control and compliance risk, ICT risk);
  
• Must be willing to audit branches/divisions throughout the country independently or as a team member and prepare audit report accordingly;
  
• Well conversant with Bank Companies Act and related Bangladesh Bank Guidelines; and
  
• Excellent communication skills, both in Bengali and English.
