A fully registered architectural consultancy services ranging from concept, master planning, space planning, project coordination and management, feasibility studies for a multitude of building types and structures, interior design and project implementation for clients in both the public and private sectors. We are looking for committed & performance driven candidate in the following position for Design Vision Associates Ltd. The candidates will fulfill the following criteria to qualify the position: 
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Responsibility:

  • Should have proper knowledge in Business Communication, proposal writing and Project presentation
  • Candidate should have an experience to work in architectural/Engineering firm involve in implementation of building & interior project.
  • Co-ordination with architect, management & site engineer.
  • Develop business plan & supervise plan implementation
  • Visits prospective customers on a regular basis for business development.
  • Ability to manage people and work under pressure.
  • Monitor and record keeping day to day office operation
  • Excellent inter personnel skill ability to communicate with people and develop good relationship with them.
  • High skill in Excel and also good in English

Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing/ Entrepreneurship / Finance from any reputed University

Experience: Minimum 05 years experience in related filed

Job Nature: Full-time

Job Location: Dhaka
