• Corporate office , Dhanmondi.

Job Description :

• Execute and direct construction and maintenance activities at project and factory
  site on a day to day basis.
  
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, labor to determine project
  feasibility for civil part.
  
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications,
  structural repairs to civil or maintenance contractors/vendors.
  
• Compute and verify load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material
  stress factors to determine design specifications.

Educational Requirements :

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.

Job Requirement :

• 6 years’ of experience whereas at least 3 years in similar role.
  
• Extensive knowledge on MEP maintenance, construction management, materials and equipment.
  
• Ability to work with Electrical, Mechanical Engineering department in new & operational projects.
