Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Reporting to Top Management, the Chief Financial Officer will take the Lead to streamline business and financial strategic Objective of the organization.
• Create a Sustainable Financial Framework for the organization.
• Responsible for conducting and maintaining overall accounts and financial dealing of the company including day to day banking, payroll, cash flow and fund management, loan, financing, inter-company national and international fund management etc.
• Maintain and comply with Tax and Vat related issues as per Government Rules and updating the organization regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect business operation.
• Develop financial plan including process manual for new project and formulating strategies to be used in the long term financial plans for a start up business entity.
• Fund management considering online banking systems for availability of fund, arrange fund through inter transfer and overdue account.

Educational Requirements

• Graduate with Masters/MBA from recognized University from Finance or Accounting Information Systems
• Mandatory qualification should be FCA and / or FCMA and /or ACCA

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 year(s)
• Excellent IT skills and experience with established accounting software.
• Experience 10-15 Years where 5 years in Managerial position
• Candidate serving as CFO position or Experience in Medical College & Hospital will be given preference.
