Job Description / Responsibility
- To conduct classes;
- To preparing notes and lecture sheets;
- To take of class tests, quizzes and Exams;
- To check exam papers;
- To monitor student discipline;
- To prepare routines and semester schedule;
- To attend Departmental and Faculty meetings;
- To Counsel Students;
- To be willing to work in a team;
- To perform any other work assigned by management.
Educational Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing, Management Finance & English and no 3rd division/class in all academic examinations.
- Non-Government Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) and Certificate course on teaching will be given preference.

Additional Job Requirements
- To have knowledge about Creative System of teaching;
- Must have knowledge in computer operation in office applications;
- To have efficiency on handling audio-visual system teaching aids;
- A good command in English is essential;
- Able to prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and curriculum development;
- Evaluate students’ assignments and written works and Exams;
- Must have knowledge of effective classroom management strategies;
- Able to perform effective deal with parents;
- Must be creative, energetic and have a passion for teaching young learners;
- Willing to participate in every College event actively.
