The diversified business includes Apparels, Textiles, Packaging, Ceramic Tiles, Telecommunications, Dredging, Semiconductor Design (VLSI), and Pharmaceuticals, etc. We are seeking a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts in RMG Sector to reach the organization's goal

Key Responsibilities

• Overall control and smooth management of a very large Sewing Thread, Yarn Dyeing and Fiber dyeing factory for operational matters
• Review Planning and Production performance of the Factory In charge on a regular basis
• Handle Textiles Operations & Techno-Commercial, strategy planning, Team Management
• Review on a regular basis information relating to order acceptance received from the Marketing department, and provide necessary feedback from the production point of view
• Inquire into the reasons for wastage and reject levels in excess of established norms and take remedial action where necessary.
• Investigate the reasons for material deviations from production targets and take steps for the removal of bottlenecks and the solution of problems leading to sub-optimal performance
• Take steps to ensure that the equipment in question is brought back on stream with the minimum of delay
• Provide guidance to ensure the smooth and cost-effective functioning of all site facilities
• Design and implement suitable management information reports with plans and generally accepted benchmarks
• Ensure that budgetary controls are established in all cost centers and profitability is achieved.
• Take necessary steps to minimize wastage and loss in all operating areas.
• Develop an world class dyeing team for yarn and fiber dyeing in Bangladesh
• Ensure Right First Time (RFT) to the highest level and direct the production in that view

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/M.Sc in Chemistry from a reputed University
• MBA would be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant industry experience out of which minimum 2-3 years should be in similar position

Additional Job Requirements

• Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude and result oriented
• Proven experience of overall controlling of any Dyeing/Textile composite industry
• Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and speaking in English
• Conversant with ERP operation
