Job Context
This role is responsible to lead the printing production team to ensure best output. The role implies to bring sustainable efficiency through identification and elimination of bottlenecks and to ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.

Job Description/ Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the team to ensure best output of printing production
  • Derive the monthly production plan as per garments schedule and run smoothly to meet the deadline
  • Review plan on daily basis and wherever required to ensure best support
  • Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)
  • Improve profitability by identifying cost reduction and reduce the wastage percentage
  • Provide necessary leadership and guidance to enhance performance efficiency
  • Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine
  • Overall responsibilities of   People  & Process Management in the Unit

Educational Requirements

  • B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Industrial Engineering / Masters  from a reputed University
  • For exceptional candidates’ educational requirement may be relaxed

Job Requirement: At least 12 + years of experience in similar area

Job Location: Sardagonj , Kashimpur, Gazipur

Salary Range: Attractive Package will be offered commensurate with experience and qualification
