At present, the Company has a vacancy for a deserving individual for the following position:

Senior Executive Customer Services

Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide proper customer services related with post disbursement of loans to all concerned customers of the Company.
  • Respond to different types of customer correspondences and queries swiftly and efficiently.
  • Communicate and ensure changes of interest rate of the concerned customers’ loan accounts, as and when required.
  • Ensure customer retention by proper counseling with the concerned customers and take necessary measures.


  • Candidates, aged not over 35 years, should be Bachelor/Master in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years working experience in the Customer Services Department preferably in any Bank/FI is required.
  • Pleasant personality, well mannered and customer friendly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good computer operating knowledge.
  • Good command over written and spoken English.
