At present, the Company has a vacancy for a deserving individual for the following position:

Executive Assistant (EA) to MD & CEO

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to MD & CEO of the Company.
  • Meet & greet visitors of MD & CEO and receive & connect his phone calls.
  • Arrange, maintain & update MD & CEO's daily/weekly/monthly program schedules, efficiently manage appointments & meetings and keep him informed/updated on a regular interval.
  • Draft letters, memos, proposals and make reports as per instruction/ dictation.
  • Manage database of all important phone numbers, e-mail addresses and contact addresses of important persons, organizations and effective filing system of all required documents of MD & CEO's Office on a regular basis.
  • Organize MD & CEO's events, business meetings and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Candidates, aged not over 40 years, should be Bachelor/Master in any discipline.
  • Candidates must have at least 5 years relevant working experience in a well reputed Company.
  • Good command over written and spoken English.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality and well mannered.
  • High level of honesty and integrity.
