Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible for execution all kinds of civil construction work in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout. (Like; Still structure & RCC factory construction, High rise big size corporate building construction, Bridge & Road construction etc…)
• Coordinate with architecture & engineering consultants for efficient and smooth Functioning of projects.
• Capable to handle a corporate big size high rise building & basements project.
• Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling & Coordinating.
• To prepare all types of material estimating or BOQ.
• Make QUOTATION as per actual works on the basis of drawing and site.
• Supervise of site Engineers & non-technical staffs.
• Coordinate between site & head office for smooth decision making process.
• Keep co-ordination with purchase department for material supply.
• Quality control, Site Safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to Improvements.
• Vast knowledge on finishing works, work sequences and checklists maintaining.
• Follow up details work programs & contractor's manpower.
• To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule
•  Ensuring safety during work.
•  Have immediate decision making power.
• CAN DO attitude or Positive mentality to other task assigned by management.

Job Natures: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed University/ Institute (At least 4 years experienced).
• DIPLOMA certified/ candidates also increase to apply (More than 6 years practical experienced).

Experience Requirements

• B.Sc in Civil Engineer : At least 4 to 10 year(s)
• DIPLOMA: More than 6 years practical experienced candidates are increase to apply.
• Candidates should have good knowledge in electrical portion (design/drawing & practical work).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering/ Real Estate/ Good knowledge about still structure factory construction

Job Requirements

•  Age 27 to 35 year(s).
• Capable to operate Architectural & Structure software (Auto Cad, Stadd pro, Etabs etc.).
• Good command in written and spoken English. Foreign clients handle capacity.
• Good navigational and usage skill at MS Word & MS Excel
• Strong Managerial & Leadership Quality
•  Candidate must have knowledge on labor management.
• The applicant should have sound knowledge on ACCORD/ALLIANCE Standards or requirements, BNBC-2006, relevant codes and standards of NFPA, Environment Preservation Act etc.
• Extensive travel across the country is a must
• Has to have the mentality to work under huge pressure
• Multiple projects may require to run simultaneously
• Must comply with work deadline

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Dhaka & Cox’s Bazar)

Salary Range: Negotiable
