Position: Asstt. Manager - Sales (Gas Generator)

PURPOSE OF ROLE: Plan and meet up the yearly sales target of “Gas Generator” business strategy, communicating / liaison with strategic partners and ensuring product positioning in Bangladesh Market for the company.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Ensure Yearly Sales Target of “Gas Generator” in Bangladesh market.
  • Develops the overall Gas Genset strategy for Business Sector – long term and short term with specific business targets in line with the overall business objectives of the organization.
  • Provides data for demand forecasting across the country factoring constraints and contingencies with minimal fluctuations.
  • Analyze market information-trends, sales analysis and market feedback etc. and uses the same to improvise the sales strategies and ccommunicate with the strategic partner /principal as and when required basis.
  • Understands and analyses customer requirement on the technical specification to consult the customer on their specific requirements.
  • Prepares product configuration as per customer's requirement.
  • Coordinates with Manufacturer representative and Vendors for giving product feedback.
  • Managing, Organizing, Monitoring of Sales Team. 
  • Upon requirement, management may assign/redesign additional responsibilities

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

  • Candidate should be B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical from any reputed Government/public/private university. Candidates from BUET / DUET/ CUET/ KUET/ RUET will have advantages in selection criteria.
  • MBA in Marketing will have an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-8 Years Experiences in “Gas Generator Sales” in Bangladesh Market.
