PURPOSE OF ROLE: Plan and meet up the yearly Sales target and Application of cooling, heating and waste Heat based cogeneration equipment's in Bangladesh Market for the company.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Identifies current and future customer sales requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
• Establishes new accounts/clients by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
• Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans and related customer documents/consulting with respective engineers and other technical personnel.
• Analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies for company benefit.
• Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
• Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes (if any).
• Complies with local legal and principal compliance.
• Prepares sales engineering reports (daily /weekly /monthly /quarterly) by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/reviewing professional publications/ establishing personal networks/ participating in professional societies etc.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Educational Requirements

• Candidate should be B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from any reputed Government/public university.
• Candidates from DUET/ CUET/ KUET/ RUET will have an advantage in selection criteria.

Experience Requirements

• Must have minimum 2 Years’ experience in the field of HVAC.

Job Requirements

• Must have at least 2 Years’ in Sales & Application of Chiller /Boiler services and application knowledge especially on utility based product i.e. Cooling, heating and cogeneration sector in large reputed Local/ Multinational organization.
• Capable to work under pressure to achieve the marketing & sales target
• Should be self- motivated to enhance the overall sales, marketing and service
• Knowledge about operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of cooling and heating equipment's.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.

Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
