Manager (Sales & Marketing) (Diesel Generator) :

The candidate should be B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any reputed University or Institute. Having at least 07 -08 years practical experience in Sales & Marketing, especially on Diesel Generator in large reputed Local/ Multinational organization.

Furthermore, the candidate must be able to identify all the relevant technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. An ability to establish and maintaining strong positive relationships throughout the sales cycle is an important desired element.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES – Areas of responsibility:
  • Accomplishes yearly target of marketing and sales of Diesel Generator of the company.
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives of the Companies by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Execute annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales ,analyzing trends and results; recommending pricing strategies, selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising (where applicable) and developing field sales action plans as and when required.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

  • Capable to work under pressure to achieve the sales target.
  • Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales, marketing & service.
  • Knowledge about operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Must maintain confidentiality in correspondence in official works.
  • Energetic, sincere and honest.
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Must have fare knowledge in MS Office Application, E-Mail/Browsing & Windows Operating System.
