PS to Chairman

Vacancy: 01

 Job Responsibility:

  • Willing to travel Home and abroad, outside office with Chairman without any hesitations.
  • Willing to any work with professional manner as per chairman direction.
  • Manage Chairman’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
  • Process Chairman’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Chairman or other staff as appropriate.
  • Maintain Chairman’s office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Maintain records of Chairman’s contacts.
  • Organize meetings and ensure that Chairman is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
  • Meet and greet visitors and foreign delegates at all levels of seniority.

Employment statues: Full Time

Education Qualification: Graduate in English or Business faculties from reputed local public, private or foreign universities  

Experience: Al least 5 Years’ professional experience is needed in relevant filed

Additional Requirements:

  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Candidate must looks good and smart
  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Candidate must be fluent in English speaking and writing.   
  • Must have communication and negotiation skills

Salary: BDT 20,000/= to BDT 30,000/=, (Deserving candidate will get attractive remuneration as per qualification)

Job location: Dhaka   

Office Time: 10 AM to 7 PM (6 days)
