HelpDesk Analyst / Administrator  For a Reputed MNC 

Responsibilities
  • Managing and resolving helpdesk requests e.g. adding users, Active Directory updating, General IT trouble shoots.
  • Receive, manage and record IT help desk requests receiving either by telephone or email. Maintain appropriate logs of equipment, users and operational activities.
  • Installation, configuration and support of IT equipment (PC, laptops, printers etc). Need to provide direct field support (in person) for installations and IT Support. This may include basic user training e.g. in how to use IT equipment.
  • Work as a team member, providing support to colleagues as and when required.
  • Job will require travel (both inside & outside Dhaka).

 

Requrements
  • Knowledge and experience on Windows Server 2008, Lotus Notes, Cisco Switching and Routing.
  • Good communication in English and Bengali for both oral & writing is required. 
  • BSc Hon's or Engineering in Computer science or Engineering or related fields from any reputed University. Around one year practical experience will be preferred.

 

Salary: BDT 30000 per month ( Consolidated ).
