- Minimum 10 years’ experience in real estate sector.
- Should have sound management & planning skill, excellent interpersonal skill and proactive with positive thinking & approach.
- To be responsible for leading and managing the company.
- Should have up-to-date over all real estate market knowledge.
- Skilled on Land, Sales and Company Management.
- 3 years’ experience in similar field as the General Manager or above position.
- Age bracket 40 years.
DEPUTY MANAGER (Marketing & Sales)
- Graduate in any discipline from reputed university.
- Must be smart, good looking and possess a pleasant personality.
- Should have excellent interpersonal skill and proactive with positive approach.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales Department in similar field.
- Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
- Age bracket 32 years.
ENGINEER
- Engineering in B.Sc. / Diploma (Civil) from any reputed university.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the similar field.
- Should be hard working
- Should have construction planning & budgeting knowledge.
- Sound knowledge in Auto CAD is preferred.
