Job Title : Customer Relations Representative cum Login

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Attend and reply all kind of customers’ queries (using email-outlook, salesforce, telephone etc) regarding company, buyer standard, submission procedure, charge etc in promptly and timely manner.
  • Coordinate in between laboratory stuffs and customer for solving any raised issues.
  • Liaison with technical team to get update information and ensure due reports are being completed / distributed to customers within the stipulated time.
  • Solve the queries raised by internal sources, login, technical etc per procedure on daily basis.
  • Follow up with Reception, Login/Logout, Technical, Accounts, Store, IS Support etc on regular basis.
  • Do login on high login days.
  • Any other works as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines (Textiles, Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering will be preferred).

Additional Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in related field.
  • Good command of English. Able to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical mind and be a good team player.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Applications, Database systems, Good typing speed etc.
  • Physical Requirements: Long periods of time on feet, frequent movement from station to station, lifting up to 40 lbs.
