03. Assistant Manager Legal Affairs

Qualification:

  • 4 (Four) years under graduation in Law and LLM for well reputed Foreign/Local University.
  • Should have an experience of a minimum of 1 year, as legal practitioner under a senior lawyer or have experience in services organization in a financial company.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Support day to day regulatory affairs of CSE;
  • Help taking preventive measures towards regulatory risks of the Exchange and its jurisdiction;
  • Help initiate legal action against the violations of laws, rules regulation and ethics.
  • Identify the legal provisions to respond to investors’ complains
  • Performs research work on legal issues and provisions
  • Ensure timely legal actions are filed and effective results are achieved;
  • Timely feedback on status of pending cases;   
  • Liaison with police and court;

Additional Experience:

  • Should have knowledge on report writing in legal aspects;
  • Should have basic understanding of financial instrument transactions
  • Computer skill : MS Office;
  • Should be good at oral and written communication both in Bangali and English;
  • Confident and motivated to build career in financial service industry;
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure while multiple deadlines;
