Title:  Manager - Strategy and Planning

Major Jobs & Responsibilities:

To manage work includes forecasting revenues, Interpreting market research findings, distilling competitive intelligence and insights, and developing strategies to achieve market share target, revenue and margin goals. Other major jobs and responsibilities are detailed below:

• To build relationships across the business including partners and working collaboratively with all internal/external customers, partners and other stakeholders.
• To contribute in designing overall corporate objectives/goals based on “global knowledge” of industry and organizational strategic issues.
• To provide in-depth, cumulative legal, regulatory, market, industry and other relevant macro analyses and insights that have real or potential cross-brand or portfolio-wide implications to current or future strategies.
• To provide relevant customers, partners and other stakeholders with in-depth, accurate portfolio analyses, modeling, assumptions, recommendations and solutions for optimal scenarios to meet strategic, financial and operational objectives.
• To work with brand and other portfolio partners to align brand, pricing, contracting and distribution strategies for optimal market performance.
• To develop detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses and modeling of portfolio strategies and recommendations
• To participate in the development and implementation of process and tolls to facilitate and monitor strategy performance and results across the portfolio.
• To establish and obtain approvals for project objectives, scope, deliverables, resourcing, timing and success metrics.
• To proactively identifies key business/segment issues.
• To provide management oversight and serves as subject matter/technical expert on multiple complex business processes(including scheme pricing, revenue forecasting, strategy development, SWOT analysis, environmental scanning and database architecture)
• To prepare and presents internal reports, key strategic findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• To motivate and develop staff to achieve Vision 2020 of the company; provide consistent orientation; create and model a culture that supports continuous growth and development at all levels.
• To implement and review continuous quality improvement programs
• To steward projects from concept through to completion, including advising internal customers, partners and other stakeholders on project results, implications and actions required.
• To ensure assigned goals and objectives are met and that assigned projects and other work are completed on time, to high standards and within budget.
• To take the lead in ensuring project outcomes are integrated with relevant strategies, processes, systems or other mechanisms and tools in a timely and targeted manner.
• To involve travel of up to 50% of work time depending on project and role assigned.

• Strong financial and business acumen for analysis, modeling and tracking of quantitative and qualitative  business data and metrics; to include the ability to extrapolate meaning from such analyses, modeling and tracking

• Demonstrable project management skills: proven ability to manage multiple tasks to conclusion, on-time and without comprising to quality of work output.
• Demonstrable orientation toward process development and management.
• Demonstrable orientation to teamwork and customer service.
• Demonstrable interest and ability to assist in the development of other team members
• Strong customer orientation/focus

Academic Requirements with Experience & Exposures

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science etc.)
• MBA from a reputed university is preferred.
• Certified PMP will get preference.
• At least 03(three) years of related experience will get preference

Additional Job Requirements

• Highly skilled in MS Office programs e.g. MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project and MS Access and/or other databases, statistical tools in a plus.
