About the role:
Cramstack is on a mission to scale our platform to fully automate data analytics solutions for our users to provide them the ease to work with big data. With the recent exponential growth in data, Cramstack has been pushing boundaries to provide the best user experience covering all data related needs of our clients. To do this, we need a dedicated and versatile backend developer excited to grow with us and scale our offerings.

What characteristics are we looking for in our next Backend Developer:

• Technical leadership and/or management experience

• You work closely with Product and Data teams
• You need to be willing to experiment, whether it’s with learning a new language or approaching a project or task in a new way.
• When working on a project, you should be comfortable asking superiors, clients or peers questions to ensure you understand expectations and requirements.
• You need to be able to adapt and respond to issues when they arise (almost always unexpectedly and they’re often time sensitive).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to all level team members
• You are a lifelong learner. You are constantly teaching yourself new things and you love learning from others.

Educational Qualification: BSc. in Computer Science or relevant field

Experience Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional working experience in Django framework
• Standard practice of building REST API.
• Good understanding of Django Model
• Profound understanding of MySQL and ability to write advanced MySQL queries
• Knowledge of deployment
• Intermediate knowledge of Linux based system.
• Good understanding of HTML and CSS
• Intermediate knowledge of JS
• Must have knowledge and experience with Git workflow
• Participate in all the steps of the software project, from design to integration
• Create stunning WEB applications.
• Learning the latest backend technologies and standards to ensure we are always using the best tools and techniques possible

Additional Job Requirements:

It would be great if you had experience in:

• Celery, Redis/Rabbitmq
• Python Fabric
• AWS infrastructure knowledge (EC2,S3,RDS,Lambda)
• Front end coding experience
• React
• Redux

Salary Range: 30,000 - 70,000 BDT (monthly) based on the experience of the applicant.
