The successful candidates will have Masters Degree in any subject of Social Science from reputed university with good academic results. The candidates must have excellent drafting ability and good communication skill both in English and Bangla, and should have adequate computer knowledge. The prospective candidates should have adequate skills in programme management, organisation of seminars, workshops, dialogues and networking, and will be persons with excellent inter-personal skill who enjoy dealing and interacting with people. Responsibilities of the position will include assisting in organising national and international CPD events; preparing transcripts of dialogues proceedings, maintaining participant database and handling digital communication. The job demands ability to work under pressure and with creativity and initiative.

A gross salary starting from Taka 42 thousand per month will be offered to successful candidates along with other admissible benefits. Actual compensation package will be based on assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and suitability including experience.
