The Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) is looking for a competent researcher for the position of Research Fellow for its multi-year project at CPD-RMG Study 2016. The position demands academic rigour, commitment, initiative and creativity. Mid-level professionals with basic degree in Economics and with exposure to global development issues are invited to apply.

The candidate should desirably have a PhD degree from a reputed university and a minimum of two (2) publications in peer-reviewed journals or chapters in books or monographs brought out by a reputed publishing house. In case of exceptional professional achievements including excellent publication record, the PhD requirement may be relaxed. Interested professionals including non-resident Bangladeshis looking for short-term contract are also encouraged to apply. The position will be full time/part time.

For full time engagement, a gross salary starting from Taka 66,000 per month will be offered to successful candidate, along with other admissible benefits. In case of part time engagement, the salary will be fixed as per involvement. Actual compensation package will be offered based on assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and suitability, including experience.
