Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management covering Labour Welfare, as special subject.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills and supervisory experience;
• Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork; and
• Computer proficiency and experience with MS Office is must.
• At least 7-10 years proven practical experience
• Good command on English and Bangla Language (Speaking / Reading / Writing)
• High levels of persuasion and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities of Welfare Officers:

• To act as a liaison between management and workmen and work towards ensuring harmonious employee relations at the plant level and to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and peaceful industrial relations at the plant level.
