Job Description / Responsibility
- Planning sales target for individuals Dealer, TSE & ASM according to market size and growth.
- Must have clear understanding of his assigned market size, share, norms, culture and challenges to achieve respective budget.
- Plan, organize, establish and enhance retail coverage to achieve monthly and annual target as volume and value.
- Ensure continuous supervision of the company and dealers’ sales force to monitor primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions and apply management input.
- Collect market reports, performance reports of won and competitors’ product to forge future actions/strategies.
- Lead and monitor distribution channel of regions to establish new height of distribution standard.
- Responsible for the periodic business plan for the region to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly revenue and dealer roll-out targets along with directed standard.
- Analyze dealers’ performance and determine regional strategy to achieve assigned targets by analyzing competitions’ strength and taking immediate & effective measures.
- Identify distribution gap of assigned region and build sustainable trade relationship with dealers, retailers and establish control over them.
- Identify capable channel partners interested in distribution within the region and onboard them in operation after proper screening.
- Regular market visit to ensure team’s area visiting market regularly as per FJP and building relationship with retailers.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly business performance review and market analysis for decision making.
- Liaison with central team for business development, running sales promotions, activity gap identification & minimizing and driving different development projects.
- Ensure proper and effective execution of trade activities with the visibility of the product/service to promote products & features.
- Provide timely and structured feedback from trade, consumers and competitors.

Educational Requirements
- MBA (major in Marketing)/ Master in any discipline/BBA.
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s).
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Textile, any Manufacturing company.
