Job Description / Responsibility

  • Direct & Control overall HR, Admin & Compliance of the manufacturing company;
  • Manpower planning and handling production and  process of appointment;
  • Job analysis and preparation of job description of staff;
  • Take care of labor disputes and disciplinary matters;
  • Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal, compensation etc;
  • Management of overall safety and security of the factory;
  • Motivate, counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability of the factory;
  • Monitor Transport, Forklift, Pay loader and Automobile repair, Maintenance and operation;
  • Ensure cleaning and hygienic matter of the factory;
  • Supervise HR Payroll, Leaves & attendance etc;
  • Work as a guardian of the factory for all local and foreign employees;
  • Derive HR Administration for compensation/ benefits, attendance, leave management, training & development.
  • Ensure general administration & human resources activities for the company.
  • Supervise overall compliance issues of the factory;
  • Supervise and direct the staffs to perform their duty smartly;
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal;
  • Utilize labor management tools, including effective scheduling, to maximize productivity;
  • Develop, practice, monitor and evaluate of HR manual / policy in the organization;
  • Assessing the training need analysis of the employees and ensure to have the proper training;
  • Develop key performance indicators and goal setting of the different level employees with their supervisor and conduct appraisal process;
  • Analyze needs for training of all levels & organize appropriate training programs;
  • Arrange and support different BSCI Audits and ensure non-conformity in the factory;

Educational Requirements: MBA (major in HRM)/ Master in any discipline with PGD HRM.

Experience Requirements

  • 10 to 12 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Factory HR Administration, HRIS/HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
     Group of Companies, Textile, any Manufacturing company.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 38 to 42 year(s)
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Having minimum 10-12 Yrs experience in the reputed manufacturing industry;
  • Retired officer (Army / Navy / Airforce / Ansar) will be given preference;
  • He must have thorough knowledge of labor law/code of conduct;
  • The incumbent should be able to handle any adverse local/labor situation;
  • Must have experience dealing with law enforcing agency;
