Job Description / Responsibility:

• To act as an Junior/Assistant Consultant for implementation of Management System standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 22000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 17025.
• Gap analysis of current systems, practices, documentation and structures of the client organization against the requirements of Management System standards.
• Analyzing the client organization’s existing work flowcharts, records, reports, manuals, job descriptions, and competence requirements.
• Assist the client organization for the development of policy, objectives, methods, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and plans aimed at achieving Management System certification/accreditation.
• Assist the client organization to conduct Internal Audit and Management Review Meetings as per the requirements of Management System standards.
• Assist the client organization to close nonconformities to achieve certification/accreditation.
• Organize training courses on different standards
• Maintain liaison with local and international partners
• Research the market and related products and services
• Promote products/services through electronic media, field visits or any other suitable methods
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Top Management

Educational Qualification:

• Masters in any Basic Science subject
• Or B.Sc. Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental or IPE)
• Or Masters in Quality/Environmental/Energy Management

Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QHSE, Certification, Consultancy, Digital Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Consulting Firms, Certification, Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance, Training Institutes

Additional Requirements:

• Age below 30 year (s)
• Must have Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor course completion on any management system standard
• Must have positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and smart
• Good verbal & written communication in English and Bengali
• Computer literacy in MS Office, internet & email and good typing speed
• Ability to work under stress & extensive travelling as & when required
• Must have capability of multi-tasking
• Must demonstrate integrity by adhering to the organization's values and ethical standards

Salary Range: Negotiable

Job Location: 1 in Dhaka (Motijheel) and 1 in Chittagong with frequent travelling to different places of the country.
