Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with principals for generating PI.
- Communicating with customers to relay PI, receive, check and relay LC to suppliers.
- Ensure all formalities laid out by supplier and compliances are completed for smooth execution of import orders.
- Tracking import shipments, coordinating documentation follow up between suppliers and customer.
- Processing sales orders for ex-stock sales.
- Tracking regular inventory requirements, coordinating with Sales Manager to plan and order inventories per plan.
- Attend to customer orders, enquiries and complaints.
- Sending Payment reminders and following up for payments.
- Informing dispatch details of the order and keep a track of delivery
- Co-ordinating with customers for fresh orders & sales support follow up.
- Gathering appropriate information from customers/ sales people to create Customer master
- Collecting documents like Certificate of Analysis / MSDS
- Working in co-ordination with the Sales Team, Ware house and Logistics Manager
- Assisting Business Manager.
Competencies (academic qualifications. Experiences & personal attributes)
A. Bachelor’s degree
B. Minimum 3-5 years of similar working experiences or Fresher obtained SCM degree.
C. Fluency in spoken and written English.
D. Possess strong MS Office skills.
E. Knowledge of any enterprise software is good to have.
