Job Context

Welcome all Clients, visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation. Any other task assigned by the Line Manager/Management.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Receive incoming calls (overseas and local), and forward outgoing calls.
• Receive letters, messages, and documents and pass them to proper place/persons and keep records.
• To ensure the front desk area is properly maintained, reflect the image of the company.
• Timely dispatch of mail and delivery of received mail and couriers by maintaining registers.
• Provide logistics and administrative support in arranging and organizing meetings and conferences.
• To support in the works of HR & Admin department.
• Any other job assigned by the management time to time.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a well reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Administration

Job Requirements

• Age 22 to 30 year(s)
• Both males & females are allowed to apply.
• Strong communication & services skills, self-motivated
• Must be energetic, hard working & able to convince others.
• Smart, well groomed; well educated.
• Able to handle front office functions, computer skills on windows, MS word, MS Excel.
