Job Description:
As an IT engineer you need to help to meet the employer's needs for computer hardware, software and networking tools. You need to work to develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software. As part of this process, you should create/maintain proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed instructions to help other employees make the best use of new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
• Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
• Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects.
• Providing technical support
• Troubleshooting the problems
• Testing and verifying hardware and support peripherals.
• Building, testing and modifying prototypes
• Analyzing user needs and recommending hardware
• Ensuring system operation in conformance with specifications.
• Analyzing information and planning layouts for the hardware components.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Minimum Diploma

Experience Requirements: At least 3 year(s)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
